Can we do better

 Is it possible for the human  mind 

To embrace the concept of 

Being kind 

To finally understand that 

Hate and intolerance 

Serve no purpose and make no sense 

That compassion, caring and an open heart 

Can draw us closer 

Instead of apart 

Why can’t the human condition 

Be filled with love 

Instead of ammunition
