is it power for powers sake or
is it a need to control the world outside to perhaps quiet the restless, uncomfortable
traveler within.
is there any feeling of satiety or just a hunger.
some warped permutation of both.
how much of their humanity is lost along the way
and do regrets ever overtake them.
