the world of mean
is a terrible place,
everyone thinks they own it,
and will not share their space.
if different you are,
they will let you know,
the disdain that they feel,
all too eager to show.
isolated in their cruelty,
driven by lack of self worth,
afraid of the keenness
of those that remain good on this earth.
