Yesterday the male gem and newbie escalated their dispute to a new level. We observed up to a point then interceded before either one got hurt. They battle for dominance of their flock but know they also need each other. The female gem observes .
Today we went to feed them and were thrilled to see the boys peaceful and accepting of each other and the lady .
