One of those daze

 Went to laundry room downstairs 

To quickly do the wash

Ah my dreams of haste 

So quickly quashed 

Washing machine 

I chose left me with 

Wet clothes 

After two hours of drying I fell

Laundry cart now squashed

The. Elevator needed service

Oh how I need a life cushier
