our dreams are our soul
they wake us up in the morning
at night they keep us
whole
they keep us focused
during the day,
as we live, work and breathe
they give us a place to stay
when we are quiet and
need time to grieve
they help us move forward
as we strive for our healing
they allow us to think
and to sort out our feelings
to live is to dream, to dream is to live
so we can rise to all challenges
