tis a glorious spring day,  slightly nippy and tingling with anticipation of the summer to follow.  the sun is absolutely blaring and welcomes all to revel in its lightness.  a new season is upon us, and hopefully, peace and joy will prevail

i have reached that stage in life when reflection is bittersweet, and however futile it may be, it is unavoidable. this is my first journal entry
