Her teenage heartbeats

Sing out loud

Her vocal timbre always 

Proud

Delighting audiences near and far 

Distant dove

 Distant dove observes

A part and apart 

If we can

 If we can eat here together

As friends

Food enough for two

Then peacefully part 

When our meal ends…
