Today we honor the humble thigh😀

 Ode to da flab

Oh thighs you hold my habeas corpus up

Oh how sweet

But you could do the same job  without 

The cellulite 

Who needs the cottage cheese and or leg jello

I’d prefer my legs solid okay

Hello

Below the knees things okay

But above 

Oh

Flubber go away 

So rattle roll 

But lose the shaking 

That never goes away no matter

How much exercise we

Are making😀

Ah whatevah I’ll make the best of it

Aforementioned legs are one of Mikey’s

Favorite places to sit 

Breakfast joy

 So rarely do we see our beautiful boy 

Eat with this much gusto and joy

What a wonderful way to start the day

Bean been busy

 Miss Bean manages where she works 

Bossing the humans and tolerating their quirks 

But not much time does she waste nor spend 

When humans get outta line 

They meet her working biting beaky end 

Her motto:  I be a conure green 

I means business but I not really mean😀

The sky,seas, desert, forests snows and rain.

So please earth mother, dry your tears.

There are many who love and appreciate

You, here.

Who will never stop protecting

This paradise we were given,

And who are by kindness and compassion,

Driven.

 Aging is a torn up flower 

Still bright at heart 

And filled with power 

Neither wilting nor 

The whims of providence 

Will rob the flower 

Of its confidence 

The flower sees what will always be
