for the dolphins of taiji

i dreamed last night the seas were blue,
warm waves of joy, came crashing through.
sweet cetacean songs filled the air,
as pods swam freely, without a care.
in this reverie of bliss, i happily slept,
to wake up to red oceans,
in silence, i wept.
