pacing in my enclosure, or quietly
waiting.
not knowing what for, just anticipating.
i know many of you would like to take me home.
but perhaps you have no room, or no home
of your own.
and there are so many more just like me,
for whom your hearts cry out in sorrow and
sympathy.
so as i sit here, this i implore,
spay/neuter/adopt so this is
no more.
