lost and found.
years gone slowly,
never to touch ground.
in the moments,
caught up, confused,
no time to be aware
of what you may lose.
breathless, floating,
sinking fast....
nobody told you
that it would
not last.
lateral awakenings,
hazy yet real,
why did it take
so long,
to be able
to feel ?
