look into my eyes,
as I sit chained here.
i wanted to love you,
to be held quite dear.
but you left me outside.
on an ugly chain.
my neck hurts, my body.
hungers.
all I know is pain.
and now it is too late,
i am twisted and sad.
i was an innocent puppy,
and my humans were.
