barrelwocky


twas drilling and the slimy oils
did writhe and wriggle in the waves
the coastline and its creatures there
innocent victims of this scenario grave
beware the oil rig, my son
the pump that grinds, the rotors that catch
it breaks, it leaks, it often freaks
and all end up swimming in an oily patch
